The Top Lid is used to cap off unused chimneys to save heat loss and stop bird and rain ingress.
• Durable steel
• Terracotta painted finish
• Fits flue sizes 125–250mm
• Strap fixing to go round the outside of the chimney pot. This form of fixing is preferred by many to the internal sprung style which can cause damage to chimney pots
• New top cap with improved ventilation

Delivery excellent. Plastic wrap bent the cowl lid (I just bent it back). Top Lid 3 has 4 straps? Looks well made

Thanks so much for taking the time to feed back to us. We are pleased you are happy with the delivery, but less so that it got slightly bent in transit, although it looks like you remedied the problem fairly easily yourseld.

I think the confusion with Top Lid 3 is simply that it is called '3' because it is the 3rd series of that particular model. We like to develope improvements and the Top Lid 3 Chimney Cap happens to have been improved 3 times!...which is probably also why you say it looks 'well made'
